2 /5 Renee Venegas Parrott: I called this agency to do a comparison for my current coverage cost. With costs of living on the rise, it never hurts to shop around, maybe I could save some money. This is exactly what I told the agent, ( Kolarik- as he answered the phone himself). He was pleasant enough, and seemed to be responsive to my request. I provided all my auto information and home information, so that I could get a proper quote. I felt I emphasized that we are serious policy holders that expect a reactive, professional, and knowledgeable agency.
Mr. Kolarik ensured me that he would give me a call later that afternoon to provide my quote and discuss the coverage details.
Here is where the fail is: he never called back! I received the disclosure form in the mail that they provided a quote! I called the 800 # to obtain the info. Unfortunately, I had to give my info all over again. What a surprise! The person on the phone gave me my quote immediately!! To my surprise my current agency- Jorden Smith Statefarm blows AllState out of the water!!! They couldnt even come close to my current premium. The cust svc. guy actually went to the extreme to say, this is most likely the reason the agent never gave you call you back. What a shame.
Needless to say, I will NEVER leave my current agent, I am beyond satisfied with their service. I get VIP treatment every time!! Glad I shopped around, it only reassured me that I already had the best agency and policy.
