1 /5 Matt Herrera: "In Good Hands" is a Joke!! I was rear-ended by an 18 wheeler and Allstate wanted to use junk yard parts on our vehicle. I called our agent Dylan Kolarik twice and left messages with someone in his office for himself to return my call. That was after talking to him personally and he said he would call me back and never did so. Still have not had a return call from our agent! You are not in "Good Hands"with Allstate choose a different insurance company to protect your investment Allstate is not it!!! They say it is in your policy that they can put old used and or aftermarket parts that dont fit properly. Who reads every page of your policy to see what is covered ? They are just trying to get out the cheapest way possible. Sad part is the other insurance company accepted responsibility therefore Allstate would have been reimbursed. Now we have to start the process all over again with the other insurance company to see if our vehicle is even repairable. Allstate started out saying they didnt know if it was or not . The first estimate was high and then they came back with the lower estimate with used parts from LQK aka Pick a Part junk yard. Very disappointed with Allstate! It makes us wonder how they would handle our home owners insurance if God forbid something ever happened to our home.

2 /5 Renee Venegas Parrott: I called this agency to do a comparison for my current coverage cost. With costs of living on the rise, it never hurts to shop around, maybe I could save some money. This is exactly what I told the agent, ( Kolarik- as he answered the phone himself). He was pleasant enough, and seemed to be responsive to my request. I provided all my auto information and home information, so that I could get a proper quote. I felt I emphasized that we are serious policy holders that expect a reactive, professional, and knowledgeable agency. Mr. Kolarik ensured me that he would give me a call later that afternoon to provide my quote and discuss the coverage details. Here is where the fail is: he never called back! I received the disclosure form in the mail that they provided a quote! I called the 800 # to obtain the info. Unfortunately, I had to give my info all over again. What a surprise! The person on the phone gave me my quote immediately!! To my surprise my current agency- Jorden Smith Statefarm blows AllState out of the water!!! They couldnt even come close to my current premium. The cust svc. guy actually went to the extreme to say, this is most likely the reason the agent never gave you call you back. What a shame. Needless to say, I will NEVER leave my current agent, I am beyond satisfied with their service. I get VIP treatment every time!! Glad I shopped around, it only reassured me that I already had the best agency and policy. Do better D.K. AllState

5 /5 Emilee Peters: Dixie and Alexis are amazing workers !! My family has been using Allstate for a long time and have multiple vehicles under Allstate. Anytime we call up there or need anything , we get the best service .

5 /5 Mindy Eiland: Dylan, was able to quote us lower than our previous broker who “shopped” around. He has been very responsive so far to questions as well.
