Awbree Summers Where do I even start??? I can not speak highly enough about my experience with Dusti and Willo at State Farm. We moved here about a year ago from Utah, and we had been State Farm customers for over 25 years, and LOVED our agent, in fact I cried when we had to part ways because we moved states. #whocriesoverthierinsuranceagent? When we did our mortgage we were told by the person helping us set up our utilities and insurance, that another company was our best bet, and that State Farm wouldnt even insure us because we were out of town. To say the least I was weepy. We went with this other company, and have been disappointed from the start, bas they lacked that State Farm "warm and attentive" customer service I had been used to all these years. Then, as fate would have it, because I had a question on a vintage VW we had insured through State Farm in Utah, I decided to reach out to Ms. Wilhites agency just out of curiosity, and within the first few seconds of the phone call with Dusti, I recognized that familiar State Farm family like touch. She asked me if I would be willing to let them quote us and I explained I was told State Farm would not insure us, to which she answered that was not true. Right away, Dusti and WIllo got to work on a quote. They were fast, professional, saved us money, and unlike the other agency, when I called, I was able to get ahold of someone and have someone call me back. If Christmas could be in the form of getting to be back with an agency you love and getting the bonus of having a great team to work with, I would say, I just had Christmas in April. If you need insurance, and are not the wait on the line, push this button or that button for this extension or that extension only to find out you have to leave a message that never gets returned type, but rather like some good ole fashion talk to a human customer service, then run dont walk to Ms. Wilhites agency and ask for Dusti and Willo. If you prefer the run around and some good never ending elevator hold music, they are for sure not the agency for you. Thank you for taking care of these Texas newbies!

Caitlin Rodgers Tina and Jim helped move our family of 6 from Washington state to Midlothian Texas this month and we are so grateful! We were pressed for time as we were selling our home and had to move quickly. Tina found us a home fast, (the one we wanted the most!!) put in the offer and we got accepted shortly after. Dan Carroll I just needed to say thanks to Jeff at Guest Insurance taking the time to help a young man I brought to his office to get car insurance for the first time. He was buying his first car and needed help and guidance in making wise and good decisions. Jeff took him through the process and how insurance was needed for the new car. Jeff even at one time, because of the young mans age, made him aware of the cost and almost apologized for it being so much. We had checked out the insurance and knew of the expense but appreciated the honety Jeff shared with the young man. I appreciated so much the time Jeff and this agency made for us and my young friend will drive out tomorrow in his new car and with insurance coverage that will protect him, others and his new car. Thanks Jeff for making all of this so easy, compassionate, caring and kind and for making this young mans dream of owning his own car and having it properly covered with the appropriate insurance come true.
