5 /5 Ms.C: I had a great experience with my insurance agent Angelica. She was very helpful and got me a great rate on my policy. The process was easy and I couldnt be more happy with my decision.

1 /5 Lauren Collins: Rip-off and Scammers My fiance had them for many, many years. His premium kept going up and they couldnt give him a straight answer as to why. Could never get anyone on the phone when he called. He had to lower his policy to the bare minimum to keep his insurance. The day after he renewed his coverage boo-koo bucks I had him cancel it and added him to my insurance with Geico where he has higher coverage for a third of the price that they were charging him. He just got his refund from them from his final payment and it was only $7. Makes sense... Called and couldnt get past the automated system. Went in and got the run around. Lovely company. Simply ridiculous.

2 /5 Linda Justice: This company is very unprofessional! They expected me to leave someone’s name on my insurance policy !! I lease a town home in Texas, I did not know this person and he certainly did not live in my home!! It just said non driver!! That is doing a job half way !! Asking a customer to leave that on their policy!! I should have never have seen that!! I was furious!! The agent told me he must have lived in that townhouse at one time! I said okay ! But he does not live in my home !! I do not know him, I absolutely do not want him on my policy! She removed it then I had to send a copy of my lease! Which was fine!! The agent said I knew this would happen so now you have to send a copy of the lease! Obviously, they wanted less work or something !! It just infuriated me that they expected me to have a person that was a stranger on my insurance policy !!!
