Rebekah Herzberg The app hardly ever works. I am always having to close in and out of it. The customer service here isnt too terrible but they seem to neglect to tell you important information. I had to wait an entire year to get my tax return from 2022 because they fail to tell you that for direct deposit there is a completely different number. Now I am having to do the same exact thing because I put what was exactly in my account and routing information in the app. If you guys are going to have a different number for direct deposit then why not include it under account details in the app? I had issues getting my work checks too because of this. When I go in to speak to people about this and finding out why my checks and tax returns were rejected that not once told me that I had to use a different number that was never provided. I had to call the 800 number to be given this number and information when I shouldnt have to do that. The people inside the bank should have given this number. This created so much emotional stress for me. Hope you guys fix this problem.

gabe lensing John is absolutely incredible and I recommend him to literally everybody I run into because he is so phenomenal at what he does. Very clear and transparent but also can give you advice for where youre at and help you grow to where you want to be. I just started my own electrical company and hes helped guide us through the challenges of going to make cash flow at the beginning. He not only listens but is also very clear with his advice and genuinely cares about his customers.
