Robert Durkin Route driver left this notice in my box about important tax documents I needed that day! Never once came to the door to attempt delivery! I was home all day awaiting my certified mail. She just wrote a letter and stuck it in the box. She never even got out of the truck! Called the contact info on the flyer and got nothing but busy dial tone at the post office and tried 30 times across 2 hours!

Keith Sugg This bank has the friendliest people and they value your business. I’ve been with them since 2000. I’ve recently relocated and parting was a difficult thing. I wish they had a branch in my new location. It has been an extreme pleasure conducting business with LNB for the past 24 years.

Amy G-Z I love this bank. Have been with them for 11 years and have zero complaints. I’m not really understanding all these negative reviews because I’ve never had an issue. They’ve always been so helpful to me and friendly when I’ve gone in. I have never been charged a single fee in all the years I’ve been with them. The only thing that’s inconvenient is that there’s not more locations now that I no longer live in the island. Other than that, they’re open 7 days a week and much later than any other financial institution. This means no matter my schedule, I’m likely able to make it in if I ever need anything. I would recommend banking with them to anyone I know.

Halee I received a check in the mail from Tower Finance Co. and decided to cash it, which came through when I needed it most. Kevin reached out to me the following week, but I missed his call and didn’t return it for a couple of days. When I finally called back, I spoke with Lucy, who finished setting up my account with exceptional customer service. I chose to pay off the loan early since I’m actively working to improve my credit score and wanted to reflect a loan in good standing. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the interest rate was, and even better, I received a $50 discount on the interest for paying off early. Due to their excellent customer service, competitive interest rates, and patient, helpful staff, I will only use Tower Finance Co. if I ever need another loan in the future. Highly recommended!

Alejandra Silva I’ve been doing my taxes here for years. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They go through every detail of the tax return at the end, so I know why I’m getting a refund or why I need to pay. Highly recommend this place!
