1 /5 Robert Durkin: Route driver left this notice in my box about important tax documents I needed that day! Never once came to the door to attempt delivery! I was home all day awaiting my certified mail. She just wrote a letter and stuck it in the box. She never even got out of the truck! Called the contact info on the flyer and got nothing but busy dial tone at the post office and tried 30 times across 2 hours!

1 /5 Kyla Kuhn: I sent my Grandma a package, and it has been sitting in the post office in Crockett Texas for 44 days. I cant get a hold of anyone there. Emails arent being answered. Im hoping this will get through to someone. It is a pink bubble wrap mailer envelope. I would appreciate it being delivered.

1 /5 scott other: they decide if they will deliver a package or not. ordered dog food its been sitting in a box and the post office for over a week while they keep putting notes in my mail box telling me "sorry we missed you".... they delivered other things during that time. They never even attempted to deliver it! how lazy can you be? Its not my Job to drive and get the package! Amazon paid you to do it! I finally ask for a refund from amazon because im so tired of waiting for them to do their job.

1 /5 Stephanie S: Worst customer service. They have phones set to not ring, they just automatically disconnect the call. The people at the counter are always rude. I never have issues from the Lovelady post office and they have the nicest people. I dread having to deal with the Crockett post office.
