1 /5 K R: Had an appointment to find insurance for myself during open enrollment since my husband is retiring and is eligible for Medicare. The agent was not prepared even though I had told him what I was looking for which was to keep my doctors and stay on a PPO plan in a previous phone call. He casually flipped through some computer screens, told me my insurance would be expensive, never once did he show me any plan, but was very interested in having my husband come in to discuss Medicare options. Clearly I wasn’t the client he wanted to work with and after about 10 minutes of waiting for him to even bring up one option for me to look at I left. It was a total waste of my time. After the way I was treated my husband has no intention of doing business with him.

5 /5 Anthony Gonzalez: My Nana asked me to help her pick a medicare plan. I knew nothing about medicare before stopping here but i walked out wanting medicare even for myself. Stop by they know all their medicare ABCs(if you dont know them you should stop by they will teach them to you) . Thank you to everyone who took the time to help me understand. I was happy with our decision.

5 /5 Shari Guidry: Very nice contemporary office. Staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. If you need help enrolling in your Medicare, you should visit this office and let one of the brokers give you a no cost comparison.
