mark kuykendall Not having a good experience. Needed to have a correction made to my policy and was told it would need to be rewritten. They took my money 3k on November 2nd. I haven’t received anything, no policy, nothing. Have called multiple times. Each time nothing happens. Now Im trying to cancel the policy. Was told I’d get a receipt yesterday. Haven’t seen anything yet. This may need to be reported. More later. Well, I must say I was wrong, everything has now been resolved. Much of this was due to my lack of experience in insurance matters. First Colony did their best to help me. I have my refund and I am grateful. I would recommend them.

She has about 40 years of experience and was very knowledgeable about helping me with my HOME and AUTO insurance. She made sure I got ALL the Discounts available to me and her ability to write Insurance Policies for MY needs helped me save money as well. Her staff of Linde Jake and Sylvia are also knowledgeable and they all understand that they are in the CUSTOMER SERVICE business because of the way they treated me and my wife in a kind and professional way as we went thru the process of changing from USAA after they doubled my insurance bill in 5 years after 36 years with them and having only 1 claim. Irene even helped me with changing from my old insurance company which can be a little stressful as well. If your Home and Auto insurance bill keeps going up and up you will be surprised how much Irene and her staff can save you and IT IS SO NICE if you have an app question or policy question you can just drop by since they are Local in Conroe and they are happy to help you. My wife and I are very happy we made the switch to Allstate but especially with Irene Guajardo.

When I called back to finalize things because they had the best quote Jacqueline was busy at the time and I was in a rush so Nick took care of me he was a pleasure to speak with he was very professional but a sense of humor customer service needs more of how day!
