Recently one of my vehicles was involved in an accident and the other insurance company was not being very helpful. I was playing phone tag with the liability adjuster and then I get an email and phone calls from a third party saying they are going to total loss my vehicle and when would be a good time to pick up the car! I needed answers, so I called the office and spoke with Angela. Without hesitation she immediately got me some info and broke down the typical way of these situations. She asked for the contact information for the adjuster and reassured me she would get back to me by end of business. Angela gave me a call back, explained everything in detail and had the case assigned to another adjuster. The new adjuster gave me a call right after i hung up with Angela!
