They falsified information on an insurance app that they submitted just to get my business than 2 months later my rates went up and did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I will definitely be contacting the BBB

I called in with a customer service question about my permitted driver. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure the best rates while making sure we were covered properly. Amanda is a sales rep with this company and also goes above and beyond. Gives out her cell for a weekend purchase, always answers the phone, is so kind and takes the time to meet our needs. I would pay double just for customer service like this agency! recommend to everyone!!!

Debbie Johnson I’ve been using an independent agent the last 8 years or so for my insurance policy. So because i hadn’t messed with this in many years, I had quite a lot of questions. Zulema was very patient with me (even though i had a million questions and wanted 20 different quotes), and helped me without fail. She answered every question, showed me several different quotes and was just amazing! I had a lower quote from someone else, but it definitely wasn’t enough to make me not choose to work with Zulema after everything she had done. I highly recommend this agency! You will not be disappointed!!!
