1 /5 Lisa: Chamberlain has been doing my parents business taxes for years. They have been extremely overcharging them, but my parents stuck with them because of not knowing where else to go, etc. We tried to get my parents to change to another CPA, but even though they wanted to, they wanted to remain in their comfort zone. Chamberlain had my parents doing a lot of the work themselves, itemizing, etc, but then not only charged them a monthly fee, also charged them a big amount at tax time. My family does not recommend Chamberlain Financial Services in Jasper, TX.
