1 /5 Robert Henderson: Just use a better bank; this one will nickel and dime you to death. After several years partnering with FTNB, I’d tell you this: There are much better banks and much better branches. Make a better choice.

The cross eyed guy said “ learn to keep money in your account “ when I said they need to let a person know their account is getting closed. very unprofessional. Very judgmental. Wouldn’t even cash my check. Basically said oh well not their problem.
