Sadly, I lost my father, who had his accounts there for over 2 decades. I closed the accounts forgetting that I would be needing the statements for tax purposes. She was so pleasant, responsive, professional, and provided them to me very quickly. It was a huge help and I greatly appreciate her and all of the staff I have dealt with at City Credit Union.
