1 /5 Oscar Perez: Second-time client an I will definitely never be a 3rd timer. Everyone from the bottom all the way up to Mr. Shaw couod improve their practices of keeping tyke client happy. Too many phone calls and message went unreturned until I started to complain. My legal aide on my case was changed 3 times (one being fired for not returning calls and emails, according to Mr. Shaw). I would stay clear of this law office, unless you like to feel like you and your case are not important.

1 /5 Kenneth King: I tried working with this office yesterday 4/29/25. Started with chatting with the robot Emma. The robot said some would be calling with in 30 minutes. That never happened. Called the number the the robot Emma gave me and it was to an intake service. The person at the intake service said they would transfer me to a legal assistant voicemail and I needed to leave a detail message! I said no in a very strong way! I have already done my due diligence. I then called a different number and got another license person and was transferred to a Paralegal when I asked to speak with an attorney. Wrong..wrong..wrong!! The paralegal had me on a speaker phone and I asked her to take me off that and she replied no. I said I am done!!!! Bad business practices!!!!!!!!
