From the very beginning, Michael was kind, professional, and transparent, providing me with a thorough understanding of how the court process works. 1 /5 cedric davis: All started off good with this firm, however the lack of communication with me having to constantly reach out to them about my case was overwhelming. They did good by typing up my letter but still I had to continue to reach out to them. I was also told that they have a lot of cases, you are making good money however if you take in too many cases and don’t have the staff then don’t take in any additional cases. At the end, I was pushed to file a small claims court that was paid for from my prepaid legal and all they sent me was links on how do do so. I didn’t have them money for that and asked this firm to continue to push for my suit. I hired another firm and got results that Dooley Noted didn’t do. I’ll never come back to this firm again and hope you enjoyed the payment you received while I got NOTHING!! Ever 1 star ⭐️ on the reviews they come back and say they weren’t a client with this firm. So before they come on here and say that under my review. I WAS a client and have the paperwork to prove so. I will also be reporting this experience with my benefits in which paid them all this money for nothing and will hope it puts a STOP to firm taking advantage of people as some people can’t afford attorneys or hire another firm and hope they read this to take there business elsewhere
