Ishia Collette Toledo is a great loan company for those who need a little cash. I had a loan currently with Toledo, and had an emergency where i needed funds asap . Jessica was the lady whom helped me out with no problems, was very kind, and really cared about my situation and wanted to help me. Their office closed in 30 minutes, and by the time i signed the documents, i couldnt reach her on the phone, and i would just wait until tomorrow. Before i could call her, she called me personally, and explained the miscommunication,( even tried to call me from her personal cell phone that day) and proceeded with my renewal of my loan. Funds were on my card within 10 minutes, I didnt even have to go in the office, which was great because i was at work myself. Dealing with loans, with any company for that matter, might not be able to help you at that time, I even called a few loan companies first before i was even approved for a loan with Toledo, give them a chance, and if your approved, pay on time, and just like me, you can get a renewal when you have an emergency, or was like me in between checks. The whole team at Toledo are wonderful but this is a special THANK YOU to Jessica for being there for me and helping me out when i really needed it!

Susan Baker The Dean of Students Kristin Walker went out of her way to ensure that my daughter got into the program she wanted. When we had trouble with financial aid, she personally went with us to the aid office and made sure that the paperwork was submitted. Her compassion and kindness was very welcoming and it made us feel this organization truly cares about its students. There customer service went above and beyond. Great Job Navarro College!!!

Lorena Ortega Linette made the loan process super easy and convenient. She has continued to answer any and all questions about my loan. Would definitely recommend for those who are starting to try and establish credit.
