5 /5 Ishia Collette: Toledo is a great loan company for those who need a little cash. I had a loan currently with Toledo, and had an emergency where i needed funds asap . Jessica was the lady whom helped me out with no problems, was very kind, and really cared about my situation and wanted to help me. Their office closed in 30 minutes, and by the time i signed the documents, i couldnt reach her on the phone, and i would just wait until tomorrow. Before i could call her, she called me personally, and explained the miscommunication,( even tried to call me from her personal cell phone that day) and proceeded with my renewal of my loan. Funds were on my card within 10 minutes, I didnt even have to go in the office, which was great because i was at work myself. Dealing with loans, with any company for that matter, might not be able to help you at that time, I even called a few loan companies first before i was even approved for a loan with Toledo, give them a chance, and if your approved, pay on time, and just like me, you can get a renewal when you have an emergency, or was like me in between checks. The whole team at Toledo are wonderful but this is a special THANK YOU to Jessica for being there for me and helping me out when i really needed it!

1 /5 Cassandra Hanks: I have never done business with this company. They have been calling me ever week for about 5 months straight, sometimes multiple times during the week filling up my voicemail "Toledo Finance (Phone Number)". They never state why they are contacting me. When I call back they dont know why they called me, always saying it might of been for a reference. Ive asked them to stop calling me several times over and blocked their number but they still continue calling me from different numbers. This company has been harassing me and I never ever done business with them nor heard of them til they started harassing me. This business is very shady, and Ive had it with them and its driving me nuts.

1 /5 Amy VonQuintus: HORRIBLE! 1 second late & they start blowing up all your references phone numbers! Do they honestly think my references are going to pay my bill? It’s literally pointless. There are many other loan places in town who do not do this! I will gladly use other loan places in town, but not Toledo! I highly recommend their neighbors (Security Finance)! We have used Security Finance several times & we love them! I can’t wait to pay the last bill here with Toledo so I will never have to deal with this company again!

1 /5 Carlos Sotelo: I was one of their clients but I will be no longer after I pay my loan off. They scam people that have no knowledge of contracts and paper work one situation is they loan you $800 and charge $400 interest so thats $1200 total $120 monthly but while you paying your loan they send you offers and bonuses if you wanna get more money or pay less that month well I felt for it I thought I was just paying $40 less for that month instead of $120, see I had payed $240 out of $1200 but i had left to pay $960 well I got a letter saying I could pay $70 before the due date. But then they gave more papers to sign, thats when I was suspicious well they gave me the receipt I thought it was going to be $890  but they renewed it so I owe them $1200, and the $310 that I had payed was like I never payed them anything, so I have to pay the $1200 all over again, -$310 that I had given in payments. Dont let yourself get scammed like me.
