1 /5 Tammy Ramsey: Cadence Bank is the absolute worst bank ever! I feel like Ive been transported back in time, because of their lack of technology.
It takes forever to get money deposited into my account after making a deposit at the ATM. I have had so many issues with this bank. The lack of knowledge inside the brick and mortar is ridiculous. Apparently, if one person is out of the office, theres no one else who is can solve anything.
You better have your bank account number on a safe place, without it theres nothing they can do to help you. Ive NEVER had to have my bank account number for any other bank, ever. They also ask what was the last transaction that you made and what was the amount? Really, this is how they identify you?
I cant remember what I did 5 minutes ago!
Ive been waiting for days to get a problem solved. The one person who was attempting to help me isnt in today, so I have to wait another day? Im fed up with this bank!
I do have one positive thing to say about customer service in Alabama or Mississippi, theyre very sweet and considerate people.
Thats it, Im gone!
