AT&T Store - Kaufman (TX)

5 /5 Shawna Smith: Isaias has very good customer service skills. He immediately welcomed me when I walked in and He helped me tremendously with the questions and issues I had. I will talk to him every time Im in the store. He should be a keeper for yall for sure. Couldnt have had a better experience

1 /5 Amanda Barton: Isaias had really bad customer service and over charged my credit card. Told me he was charging one amount and charged $50 more. I had witnesses who were there and he still refused to make it right. I will no longer be using this store which is sad since we have been with at&t for over 15years

1 /5 j andrew bussey: I was the victim of a bait and switch. Isaias and Christian Goodwin (the manager) were the culprits. They made an offer, I accepted, went through the 3 hour process of updating the new phone and transferring my data from old phone, signed off my old phone, and then was told the original offer was expired and I would be out $480 to keep the phone or be charged $55 to return the new phone and wait 1 1/2 to return my data to my old phone. They were unprofessional, unhelpful, and simply rude. This is NOT an actual ATT store. It’s owned by Prime Communications. When I asked to be put in contact with with Christian’s supervisor he refused. I spent 3 days at the store trying to resolve the situation. They refused to do the right thing and honor their initial offer. I highly advise you all to avoid this store.
