3 /5 Jenny Pierce: Edit: Brad Spurgeon, the owner, contacted me after seeing my review. He fully explained what happened to us and he made things right as best he could. I was refunded for both issues we had, and I definitely appreciate the fact that he cared enough to do that. To prospective customers, if you have an issue with an agent and dont feel like they are helping, I recommend immediately reaching out to the owner for help. He has a large staff and for that reason, doesnt always know about everything thats going on. I dont care for the agents we had but I appreciate Brad trying to make things right. For that reason I changed my one-star review to 3 stars. Thank you, Brad.

I dont think I have ever been lied to as often as Brad Spurgeon employees lie to their customers. Ive been with them for 3 years now and can honestly say I havent one good/truthful conversation with anyone. They offer you great policies, but by the time the money has been taken out of your escrow account, its a completely different amount and policy, always higher. When I try to get into contact with them, showing email/photo proof of exchange with these "agents", they just continue to lie!!! I swear they will tell you just about anything to get your business, even if its 99% a LIE. You will not get the truth, rather they will avoid you as much as possible while continuing to collect your money.
After 3 years I can not run fast enough away from Brad Spurgeon Insurance!! I wish I could give 0 stars
