Chris Ojeda Walking into Zales at South Park Mall, we honestly just needed a quick ring cleaning. Life happens, and my partner’s engagement ring was looking a little less sparkly than usual! We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful – so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We went in for a simple cleaning and left feeling so happy and informed about our options. Thanks so much, Jeanette and Zales at South Park Mall! Well definitely be back.

She is super knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you exactly as requested. Her wisdom and kindness made picking out our engagement setting, diamond, and both of our wedding bands a very enjoyable process, including helping us stay in budget!! I love them all so much! After our wedding, I had some resizing issues (not due to Amanda’s fault). Both Matt the manager and Amanda immediately took good care of us. Their dedication to excellent customer service has earned our forever business and praises. I can’t say enough good things and deeply respect their altruism and integrity!!!
