brianna horner I brought my ring in with a badly damaged prong, and Jordan did an incredible job fixing it. He explained that the end prong was almost completely torn, so he rebuilt it in a stronger profile style to prevent the same issue from happening again. He also reinforced another prong, kept the design consistent, and even straightened the head since it had been a little crooked. My ring looks beautiful, feels secure, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail he put into the repair. Highly recommend!

Ended up going into Dillards located in the mall right behind the store and had to pay to get the charms placed on; because they were purchased at the actual James Avery store. CC Ryder Sister was gifted with a pair of too fancy, opal earrings. She gifted me w/the set, but with an idea, I wanted to redesign the setting & gift her back. Lapidary Arts took pierced earrings w/mirage setting & turned them into a silver, threaded, dropped, caged setting. There was a miscommunication in the lab creating a delay, but Lapidary Arts made good on the correction. I was pleased with the price. Sister is very pleased with the look. I recommend this shop. Photos of original Mirage setting, test fit on myself, boxed new design with "U" connector, and frontal pic of happy sister.
