This isnt just irritating, deceptive and unethical, its likely a violation of the FTC’s CAN-SPAM Act, which requires a clear opt-out method and honest sender information. If a business can’t even run a basic email campaign ethically or legally, why would you trust them with your insurance? Hard pass.
