I came without an appointment, even though I knew I should have made one, but everyone was kind, friendly, and eager to assist. They did their best to get me in as soon as possible. I’ve met Cynthia, Lorena, Tina and a few other lovely ladies whose names I, unfortunately, forgot because I lost their business cards. Every time, they give me a great experience and I leave with a happy face. :)

4 /5 Elsee Hernandez: Im giving 4 stars to this location because Lorena was GREAT! The other 3 people who were there when I went in were had horrible customer service. Which is why i wouldnt give 5 stars... when I walked in a lady asked me what i was there for i told her and she told me to wait, then Ms.Lorena came out as soon she noticed me and she was very polite and professional. She helped me from the time she noticed me up until the end with opening a new account and she was very helpful and honest. Thank you Lorena for making my experience a good one and for your welcoming kindness. I would recommend anyone to ask for her because out of everyone else in there she seemed to be the only employee who was acknowledgeable.
