3 /5 Makenzie Anderson: This is going to be a really honest review and to be honest, I think the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because of Crystal. She is the ONLY one at the Canyon branch who knows how to work with people and is very kind. So this is to everyone but her. Today, I was literally standing in line to deposit the extra money to make a payment and had to wait 15 minutes. I was the only one in the lobby. I then deposited the money and asked if the payment had come through yet, and they say no. I go to my car and check the app. They had RETURNED the payment literally 3 minutes before I deposited the cash. I have the money to make the payment and they say they will “do it this one time” and return the fee they charged. Seriously? I’ve been with the bank over 4 years and NEVER had a return payment. I think doing this for me is what should be done considering I was IN LINE to deposit more money when they returned it. However, now they won’t allow the payment to go through and say I have to call the other place to get the payment to go through. I know this is not true and they can still send the payment. Will they though? Absolutely not. Their favorite thing to do it say it’s not their problem and tell you to call the other place. How about you do YOUR job and send them the money because I literally have it in my account! I would apologize for the rant, but sadly this isn’t the first time the bank has made an error and chosen not to fix it. So if they allow the payment to go through, I might change my review. However, I’m 99% sure they won’t because they won’t even answer the phone when I KNOW they are still in the lobby. I’m so glad to be switching banks and this experience just confirmed I made the right choice. I highly recommend you bank literally ANYWHERE but here.
