1 /5 Jaimee kennedy: Honestly, if I could give this negative stars I would. I’ve gone in here twice. I double checked my information and my accounts before going and was assured they would work for this process. I raced back to town because they phoned me informing me that I would be fine and that they could in fact do this loan process with no problem. I wasted valuable time that I had with my children for no reason because apparently you have to have enough money for a loan that you need because you don’t have enough money. They also look down their noses that you. And have a holier than thou attitude for people who have a financial problems that are going to be short term. I would not wish the store on them or anyone not even my worst enemy.
Do not go to this store, do not attempt to get a loan from them, and for God sake do not go in there if you are not high society because you are going to feel like nothing before you leave. The district manager is rude, and fake. She acts as if she is there to help but makes you feel like complete garbage the moment she opens her mouth.
