1 /5 Cassy Rosenthal: This bank is lazy and ridiculous. I waited through the long greeting, pressed #2 for book keeping, got someone else who then sent me on to bookkeeping. It took several transfers for bookkeeping to FINALLY pick up the phone. The lady then proceeds to tell me federal regulations keeps them from verifying funds on their crappy customers who write hot checks. No, regulations do not. You take shitty customers and allow them to write hot checks all over the place. You CAN say yes or no about the funds being available or not.
