1 /5 Keyla Tapia: Update: Waited to come back Friday in hopes that it would be quicker and less of a line. It was but of course still only have 1 teller helping EVERYONE. There’s at least 8 people who work here and only 1 person is able to help? Just doesn’t make sense. I hope they decide to change this or unfortunately I will have to change banks. I’ve been using BOA for 15 years. But I’ve had enough with this location. I guess they can’t hire more than 1 teller? Who is managing this place? How does a bank only have 1 teller especially on a day after a holiday? Terrible

1 /5 Singh Master: Worst Bank of America branch. In the last 7 years of being a customer, they have never answered the phone. I even called while being in the lobby with 1 customer in the line, but still no other employee sitting around picks up the phone. Cant even hear the bell ringing. Its probably turned off. To save money, they only have 1 teller and 16 customers in line at the moment. Takes half an hour to get through the line. They have zero respect for their customers time.
