Austin Bank - Rusk (TX)

5 /5 Laura: Friday, Leslie spent about 15 minutes with me, was concerned and willingly offered her knowledge about fraud and debit cards, after thieves stole several hundred dollars using my debit card #. She was courteous and did not act like I was bothering her plus issued a new card to me. I appreciate that kind of service!

1 /5 Mini Girl: I would say this bank offers the worst Customer service in the industry. It is truly nonexistent. You should count your blessings if you never have to talk with Tyler Centers (not sure he gave me his real name). Also, I didnt get the name of the Hispanic girl that works at the Rusk drive through on weekdays. She was also very rude and told me the exact opposite information than the "Tyler Centers" guy told me over the phone. They both acted as if I was bothering them, just by trying to take care of a deposit and activation of a debit card. I was looking for a a good bank 4 years ago when I went there. It looks like Im still looking for a good bank, because this bank is NOT IT. I NEVER leave negative reviews, but I made an exception here because the service was THAT AWFUL.

1 /5 Woozie Nathaniel: Been with these guys for over 3 years. Honestly worst bank ever. They offer no type of personal loans, or financing big purchases unless it’s brand new. There no is type of credit lines available. I constantly have to call because they lock out your card if you spend over 500. Been out of town when this happens and it’s terrible. You can tell how badly they hate their job if you ever have to call about anything.
