1 /5 Mini Girl: I would say this bank offers the worst Customer service in the industry. It is truly nonexistent. You should count your blessings if you never have to talk with Tyler Centers (not sure he gave me his real name). Also, I didnt get the name of the Hispanic girl that works at the Rusk drive through on weekdays. She was also very rude and told me the exact opposite information than the "Tyler Centers" guy told me over the phone. They both acted as if I was bothering them, just by trying to take care of a deposit and activation of a debit card. I was looking for a a good bank 4 years ago when I went there. It looks like Im still looking for a good bank, because this bank is NOT IT. I NEVER leave negative reviews, but I made an exception here because the service was THAT AWFUL.
