1 /5 Fabian Bautista: Wanted to pay off my account. They kept telling me to not to payoff my account early and if I wanted to renew. I politely declined. But they kept insisting to keep it open. After coming back to close it off completely. They once again, insisted not to close and pay off the account. When they asked me why I replied "I wanna close it off and be stress free" rather than listening they answered with "but you can renew and treat yourself" and "youre not due until July, why do you wanna close off so early" they kept asking why this and why that. As a customer I felt like I was being pushed and insisted to keep it open. They should be better understanding when it comes to customer just wanted to pay off early rather than keep pushing.
