1 /5 Amanda Spencer: Vanessa Lopez the store MANAGER of all people is completely disrespectful and will flat out tell you she does not care. The company increases payments every month with no explanation and very rude when questions are asked. Totally unprofessional. I can’t believe they have her running the show. Not smart at all.
1 /5 Jose Garza: My experience here and only by entering the building, was incredibly awful, the receptionist there are truly some of the worse people Ive met, besides the rude faces and not so friendly gestures they seem to take forever to even acknowledge the costumers, Ive never met someone that truly seem to hate their job... Perhaps if this place was better managed by better people everything would of had been better.
Dennis Mikhail Had my taxes done here a couple years ago, and then got audited 2 years later because they filed our taxes improperly. Being tax experts I would expect them to let us know hey this is not the way to do this or actually doing it the right way and then on top of that charging us $300 which was a discounted price to file our taxes with no audit protection according to them even though I remember them telling us that there was audit protection. Now my spouse and I owe $14,000 to the IRS and theyre of course not liable for anything like any other crooked business that doesnt want to do what they get paid to do. I understand if we have a debt we have a debt that is our responsibility but the reason to go to a tax expert is to make sure this type of thing doesnt happen. Otherwise we would have just done this ourselves or went to h&r block which would have charged a quarter of that price and had audit protection. I would stay away from these people if you want to make sure you dont have any legal repercussions with the IRS.

Carlin Berry I am very frustrated. I was told that I needed to give a proof of residency so I called to ask if a certain piece of my mail would be acceptable. I cant go into town willy nilly due to being my grandmothers caretaker, and wanted to make sure I had the correct documentation first. I have been on hold for over an hour; until closing I called an hour and 20 minutes before closing. They are super nice in-person, but I wish they had more urgency over the phone.
