5 /5 Frances Lynn: Broadway Bank has been our main bank for over a decade. We have had consistent outstanding service from all of the employees who work at the Boerne location. Their staff is always friendly and accommodating. We currently had some very important paperwork that needed to be completed. Mr. Advento Trevino assisted us in our needs. He, as always, was extremely polite and very patient with our situation. He was knowledgeable and efficient handling our paperwork, and we were very pleased with how he meticulously completed the transaction, and then made us copies of everything. We were very grateful for his time and attention to our needs. He is a wonderful example of caring customer service, and a great asset to Broadway Bank.

4 /5 Edie Finidori: I love Broadway bank and have never had a bad experience in 30 years of banking with you till yesterday. Thursday around 3 I went through the drive through to deposit cash . My renter always pays me in cash , all 20’s . My bank in Fredericksburg never has a problem counting it for me because I also add my own cash to it . Never been a problem. This lady in Boerne was horrible to me . I had already gotten approval from a man that it would be no problem for them to count my money and I sent my money through . She came to the camera and started accusing me of all kinds of stuff . She told me that after she counts I’m going to argue with her and tell her the total isn’t correct . At this point I am nervous she is going to take my money but she already has it at this point . I told her that there are cameras everywhere and I have never not trusted someone at my bank . She threw a fit and was so rude to me but counted my money . I have used this branch several times and everyone has always been awesome to me until yesterday. I would still never give less stars than 4 because I love my bank just not this lady .
