1 /5 Coble Brian “Kobo”: Not a trust worthy company! I have been getting my insurance here now for a year and a half and then now when i go to renew it like normal i was now told i have to pay another $50 for a „reconnection fee“ which i NEVER had to pay before. Then when i told the lady that i never have paid a „reconnection fee“ before she then said it was because the boss did my insurance and she can wave it. So i asked to speak with the boss then and she told me the boss is never there…then i was told „that’s how we get paid“. They dont get paid for working there i guess? Just adding more fees on top to get „paid“. Not professional and sketchy
