3 /5 Erik Wallgren: I was in a hurry needing insurance for a rebuilt title. They do not get in any hurry unless you have cash in your hand. The insurance is not through them either. They source it out and you pay them. When I had issues with the policy I couldn’t get any Andre’s from them. It was a pass the phone around game until it accidentally disconnected. I looked at my policy and noticed it was through allstate…. No thanks, I canceled them. Customer service gets a zero. Hassled convenience gets a 3

Why did you guys start this new phone system, I understand the company gets a lot of calls but now when I call I have no idea which location Im speaking with. Its extremely hard for me to pay my policies if I cant get the original location I signed up with and no I cant just drive to my location cause I work. It took me a week to pay my renters insurance and now my car insurance is getting ready to expire because I cant call my location direct

1 /5 Richard Willis: Sold me a liability policy instead of full coverage like I asked for. When I asked for a refund I got hung up on. After calling back several times trying to remedy the situation, I was informed it would take up to 3 weeks to get my money back. I just wanted full coverage insurance. Shouldnt have been that difficult

5 /5 Count Time: The service is always good when I come I can pay online but I come in but I got to stop the smell of mildew gone kill someone in there that smell is horrible they out of line for leaving that smell in there that long

5 /5 Tiny Robinson: Eunice helped get me in and out before my husband had to go to work. She was very helpful in speaking with me over the course of two days for a change in my policy. I would recommend this Amax to anyone in the SW area.
