Id been a customer for years in Texas, with Michelle proactively researching the most competitive rate available to me each year a policys renewal date approached. We often saved money by switching. After my family moved out of state and secured new insurance for that state, some autopayments were proceessed by the Texas insurance provider that we rightfully shouldnt have had to pay. Michelle brought this to my attention, walked me through processing a backdated cancellation ASAP and though I was at that point no longer an Alpine customer, stayed on the provider until my refund was fully deliverd. This part didnt prove easy, requiring several followups over as many weeks, but she was diligent, and methodical, and kept me informed until finally, I got my refund check. Super appreciated, as I suspect this would have been far more frustrating for me to have pursued myself.
