2 /5 Nora Moore: Office staff is not helpful and they have been rude to me the couple of times Ive called. One lady told me the flooding was covered, but recommended someone to come out so I wouldnt have to do a claim. When I later called to say that what the gentleman did, plus the flooding caused the flooring to raise, the next lady said its not covered. I honestly dont know which is true. It was not explained well, just very rude. Said the first lady never even notated my account that anything had even happened. I do no recommend this Allstate. Im with them because my mother had them for the house for decades before her passing.

1 /5 Bob K: Received a preliminary quote for home owner insurance from Claudia. The quote was attractive compared to my current policy so I met with her and provided copies of all my policies (4) to finalize the quote. I also asked her to quote on a commercial building we own in town and on a 4 car auto policy. She assured me she would be happy to quote and would get back to me in a few days. No response. Ive since left her two messages over the following two weeks and no return calls. Im assuming she couldnt compete on the premiums for my other policies but would have liked to know. Incredibly unprofessional experience.

5 /5 BYRON RAY: Been with Allstate for 20 plus years, 10+ years with mr Chestnut. I like the affordable rates at the kind of coverage that we have. Believe me, I’d had referrals from friends so I inquired. No other insurance provider offers affordability like Allstate, I’ve had claims. Three in the last 3-4 years. Every claim was handled in a timely manner. More quickly with our auto insurance claims than the home insurance (oh yes, we have bundled our insurance with Allstate and I think everyone should). The issue with our home insurance claim was more with the appraiser than Allstate itself. (he was new. We insisted on another appraiser and he looked at our roof and in less that 15 minutes and presto! He found enough to support our claim. Now we have a new roof). I can not recommend Allstate enough.
