5 /5 Alexa Fagan: Wow. What can I say other than that I had an amazing experience? When I spoke with James, I was desperate to change auto insurance. My previous provider had just increased my monthly payment by over 25% with no warning or change to my driving record. Even worse, I got more coverage with James help than I had before, while paying over 35% less, and my new payment is also lower than any rent I had - again, with more coverage. As you might expect, I changed plans that very same day. As for customer service, James was professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very informative, and really knew what he was talking about. He was able to answer any questions I had in a way that I understood; no confusing insurance jargon responses. I couldnt recommend him more highly. Im absolutely ecstatic to be working with such a great agency, and although everyones experiences are different, I really highly recommend StateFarm, and specifically this agency.

5 /5 srussick: I needed insurance in Texas. My State Farm agent from another state recommended Alejandra de la Torre. When I called James answered. I needed home and auto. James walked me through it all and used the listing of the new house to answer most of the questions. Being old and not tech savvy James was a blessing. He got me all set up and ready. If Mrs. De la Torre is any reflection of the people she hires I know I am in good hands!! Thanks Again James!!

5 /5 Falise Jones: So I was looking for some new insurance and I found a State Farm office and the representative James helped me I called Around to places like progressive and progressive had a better price however their customer service was horrible and I absolutely love James customer service so I let James know. Hey they had a lower price. Is there anything you can Without James asking me 1000 questions he said yes I’ll see what I could do He made some changes and he got pretty close to the progressive pricing however, even if he didn’t, I would’ve still went with him because he had the best customer service. It was very easy-going calming. I can get you this. Explain everything nothing like the progressive rep who was extremely unprofessional did not seem to know anything about insurance and she didn’t care to keep a customer. I didn’t even get a follow up email or text. I wasn’t comfortable with some of the questions that the progressive rep asked However, some of the questions James had were a little bit more invasive, but he had such good customer service that i did not get frustrated or have an attitude. I didn’t have a problem answering his questions because of his great customer service. James even followed up with text messages and calls and worked around my schedule. It was awesome.
