When I spoke with James, I was desperate to change auto insurance. My previous provider had just increased my monthly payment by over 25% with no warning or change to my driving record. Even worse, I got more coverage with James help than I had before, while paying over 35% less, and my new payment is also lower than any rent I had - again, with more coverage. As you might expect, I changed plans that very same day.
As for customer service, James was professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very informative, and really knew what he was talking about. He was able to answer any questions I had in a way that I understood; no confusing insurance jargon responses. I couldnt recommend him more highly.
Im absolutely ecstatic to be working with such a great agency, and although everyones experiences are different, I really highly recommend StateFarm, and specifically this agency.
