Every time I need a quote whether for myself or my clients they are incredibly efficient, responsive, and reliable. I’ve recommended them multiple times, and they have never disappointed. I left a voicemail at that time, knowing they were closed but wanted to inform them of the accident. So surprised,, his employee Mark called my cell almost immediately, late Saturday Evening… assured me everything was ok… Just wonderful knowing that they are prompt and compassionate, very professional and easy to deal with. My experience was made very easy, nice too have such a wonderful agent and his wonderful employees. Followed up with many calls and emails making sure rental and body shop was handled… I didn’t have to do anything at all They handled everything so professional!!

Wading into anything involving the government is bound to be a confusing tangle, but he made everything very clear for me. He explained what I’d already been automatically enrolled in so that I could understand what additional coverage I might need. I told him what I wanted as far as supplemental coverage, and he showed me a great policy that met all my requirements. He was genial and patient, NOT pushy in the least, and explained everything openly and concisely. I chose to go to him because of the recommendation of a friend who had called on him to assist her, and I will pass along my own very high recommendation of Dan Taylor.

Ben Matteson Excellent. Superior customer service experience. I just got off the phone with Justin. My wife wanted me to do some comparison shopping because our home insurance renewal premium had gone up significantly. First try, reached Justin. Went over the details with him and he told us to keep our existing policy and why. And because of the way our existing insurer handled independent agents, he couldnt be our agent for this policy. So, giving us the right answer cost him money. And hed probably say that was no big thing, but in so many areas of our lives, our business relationships are plagued with a lack of trustworthiness. So I now find myself genuinely disappointed that he cant be our agent. And I cant believe I wasted this much time not working with an independent insurance agent. I will call them again next year to review things and see if theres a better deal.
