Justin Neeley We had to file a claim at the worst possible time, right before an anticipated vacation. I was lost, as this was my first ever claim, but the whole staff in that office helped me with all of my thousands of questions. Didn’t matter what time of day it was they got back to me fast and made sure I understood the whole process. I can only imagine what a nightmare that claim could’ve been if it wasn’t for Mallori, Spencer, and the whole team! I highly recommend them!
