Jose Alonso Managment rude. Do not recommend! Look elsewhere unless youre okay to deal with the rudest management ever! A friend recommended them to me, and it was the worst recommendation ever.

Elena Huerta Dyan always answered the phone when i needed their servics, and before we hung up everything taken care of. She really takes pride in making sure everything was okay. If I was involved in an accident, I also got a follow up call to check how I was doing. The customer service is great! I have not been able ti find any place that supercedes this place in customer service.

Mary G If you value your vehicle, dont get insured here. Yes, its cheap, but it also comes at a high cost when involved in an accident. They will willingly try and screw you over and not pay or underpay you. They will also make anything and everything as impossible as possible. With so many tools nowadays to do just about everything, its so bizarre that we have to come in to update paperwork, or for them just to get a damn signature like people dont work for a living. Whatever happened to docusign? No other insurance company pulls this kind of bullshit. Just a tactic to keep charging you because they know most people cant come in in time.

They usually offer you a small snack and water, they explain the services they offer very well, and you can always send a message or call if you have a question. Personally, I find it a very pleasant and professional place.
