3 /5 A. Mark Hawkins: I entered as a walk in customer on a Friday in late June, 2019, after reading several positive reviews on Maps. My objective was to obtain affordable liability auto insurance, after mine expired with Pronto in June. Pronto is not an easy company to obtain information from their underwriters, so I am determined in going elsewhere. Right away as I entered, there was no receptionist available to usher me in as a walk in customer. The only announcement was the front door beeping sound here. So I found one seat only available in the lobby. There are not any comfortable couches here for people waiting. The lobby area was small with two lounge chaise chairs. It would be uncomfortable if an older person than me would have to wait long here to receive service. Well I waited for 15 minutes before the agent appeared from her workspace. I asked Gloria if she heard the door beeping. She said no it is too noisy inside. Which she was referring to two other agents talking louder than normal to a Hispanic family speaking in Spanish back and forth, with much loud laughter causing for some delay of service. So that is why it’s 3 stars only today. Also it is for the initial $120 payment for a new liability policy. My monthly is $57 for a 2007 Honda Accord sedan. That is $2 less discount from $59 because I gave my bank routing and account information for an ACH withdrawal. That is a steep entrance fee to get it going here! I suppose one would say that is affordable today in 2019. My advice is to do your due diligence and if you choose this place, which has been in business since 1983..then enter at your own will!
