1 /5 Evelyn Hernandez: Called to get requoted to see if I could find something more affordable instead of shopping elsewhere. I talked to someone named Ivonne and at first she seemed like she didn’t want to take the call by saying the prices to start require a big fee. Keep in mind I know how this place runs as I’ve worked here years ago and I have been a customer for long after. She started by saying my initial payment to start was looking to be around $1,000 then she started asking the questions that should’ve been asked prior to giving me a price. After that she started saying the price would be about $149 before correcting herself any saying $349 giving me the impression that she was charging me a $200 fee. Thats way more than I have ever been quoted.
