1 /5 Anthony White: I have a>830 FICO score and all bills are paid within one billing cycle; they asked for a copy of my U.S. Passport, cellphone texts received, took my photo with my computer to verify the image on my passport and still I was denied. I NEVER BEEN DENIED BEFORE - EVER; but these poorly trained staff, who evidently couldnt understand my explanation to them; left me levied. Ive been punished for having a freeze on my credit, which I did unfreeze for them to run my credit and of course, they screwed that up as well. Despite my demands to speak with a supervisor; my requests were ignored—rude personnel. EVEN THOUGH I was Approved yet not allowed to complete the purchase from iRestore caused me to miss out on my special pricing offer.

1 /5 Rudolph Archuleta: I set up automatic payments payments are showing paid and then I receive email saying payment failed I had such a hard time paying that it made payments late and missed with my credit I had to pay it off completely for it to stop showing delinquency I’m trying to build my credit not destroy it

2 /5 Heath A: I want to be clear. I am not sure this is the same Affirm where you shop online and they pay for your purchase and a pymt plan is then worked out . If this is not the same Affirm please disregard. I started with Affirm years ago . Excellent credit with them , pymts made on time each and every month without hesitation. But , recently things have changed. Even if you have been a loyal client / customer for years they will stop loans immediately based on what other creditors may or may not report . Sometimes we cannot help that. I thought that I could rely on this Company, just think very hard before you make that decision.
