5 /5 Hector Martinez: I have been a client of Farmers for a long time in a different State. Earlier this year we moved to TX and had to get new car insurance ASAP so it was easier to get it online so we went with progressive. This month we purchased a second vehicle so I needed car insurance for both. I searched near where I live, and called the top rated agencies closest home. I called on Monday the 23rd from the car dealership and they all went to voice mail except one, the lady who answered did it begrudgingly, and informed me to call back after the holidays. I called back on Friday Dec 27 and they all went to VM. Even the one I talked to earlier in the week.
Almost gave up and waited until Monday Dec 30th, but I decided to try one last place, so I Called the office of Aaron. I got greeted immediately by Patricia. She was warm and friendly. Asked for all pertaining information needed to give me a quote and said they would get back to me with a Quote. I said thank you and expected a follow up on Monday since I called mid day Friday.
I got a call, a text and emails to confirm details about the vehicles, and quickly after that we received the quotes. Aaron was out of town but he took the time to answer all of my questions, offer the best choices according to my needs and got me a new policy by 4PM.
I was surprised by the speed of their service, and I remember why I like Farmers a lot.
Today I searched on Google to do this review, and a lot of Farmer agents show their offices as “closed until Thursday Jan 2nd”.
I am glad Aaron was able to help me get both of my vehicles insured at a great rate within an hour or two.
