3 /5 weitrhino: Stopped in mid-afternoon for a simple matter which was promptly handled. I was the only customer present. Set that aside. Six employees were seated at various desks, a seventh later appeared from somewhere in the back. Of those original six, one was at his clicking away on his computer although his desktop was bare. A woman was reading a novel and appeared to be about halfway through it. A man sat scrolling his phone and never really looked up as the woman next to him assisted me. I dont recall what another woman was doing but there was actually one man with a cell phone stand on his desk who seemed to be watching a movie. So, seven staff members were present with at least three of them doing nothing work-related at all. Why are these people even employed here?

1 /5 The Hungry One: I had purchased a battery through AAA in April 2025. Two months later it started giving me issues and leaving me stranded everywhere. I requested a replacement battery and have been waiting over 2.5 weeks for it . As of today, still no battery. Customer service on AAA’s end horrible. As for Chacón’s Towing who they work with on battery service, horrible as well. Would definitely not recommend.

5 /5 James Berryman: After my return to the USA, I tried another highly recommended roadside service, which wouldnt even earn one star, after they left me in a very dangerous area for 12 hours before they got to my car for towing it. Before leaving the country for many years, AAA was always my first choice and after being a member once again for the past 2 years, I can say that they are by far the best when it comes to roadside assistance. Very efficient, professional, friendly, with excellent customer service and follow up. Congratulations for an outstanding experience every time I have needed your services! Youve got another member for life...
