James S Texas Direct Insurance were wonderful to work with, in particular Patricia Ramirez. I needed to switch insurance carriers, needed more coverage, and had to do it fast in order to meet requirements for a new property management company for my rental property. Patricia was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and very efficient. She was always available for my questions and concerns. Patricia never left me hanging, she stayed in constant contact with me, to make sure I got what I needed. I would definitely go back to her for my future insurance needs. Thank you Patricia.

Ever Salinas I really like this insurance company and the location where I always go. Loop 20 and New York. They always down to help and if you a good pay they rearly harass you about your payment. IDK about other people or companies, but they always beat the competitors when it comes to my price. In other agencies, because of tickets, driver suspension, and SR-22, I get offered a small upfront fee but a ridiculously high monthly payment. Here is the opposite, I get offered a High renew, or upfront fee, but then a reasonable, and lower than all the rest (BECAUSE I HAVE CHECKED) monthly payments. Really happy with the service, luckily have not had a need to file a claim. If i ever do so, rest a sure Ill chime in with the feedback.

Frances Kesner Service is outstanding my insurance is very cheap they go out of their way to be friendly I think pronto will be my insurance company for a very long time and they have great hours.

Cheryl Batiste Price is great, but customer service could have been a little better. It was confusing getting the pictures uploaded, and I was told I had to do it again a couple of times. I ended up driving to an office so they could take the photos for me. They apparently didn’t have to use the app. It should be that easy for customers too. Then I found out the person I originally spoke with didn’t get all of the information from me she needed and I had to be re-quoted again.

Kristen Barger Richard has been my agent for two years now and has done a phenomenal job. From the moment we started, he has been quick to respond offering advice and guidance when we need it most. If you are out there shopping, consider checking him out! You won’t be sorry.
