Stacy Morrow They steal your money. They charge you for things you don’t know you’re being charged for. And any attempts at transferring money to an external account take 5 to 7 days. Never use these people. I tried to cancel my account and they charged me $10 to mail check to me for $50. They are charlatans.

Well, you maybe got upset because you didnt get what you thought you should. Dont count Toad out because among popular belief the man has a heart and a buisness to run. Eire Girl When you run a business, you count on your bank to offer assistance when its needed. At our previous bank, we didnt have that. At First National, we do. I just spoke with Dawn, the branch manager at our local branch and she not only answered my questions, she also proposed several options that would help our business assure we arent going to be scammed. Thats what I count on in a financial institution, taking an active role in keeping the customer safe. Im very happy that we switched banks and went with a branch that is local and recognizes the needs of their customers.
