My branch Manager Josiah treated me like the valued customer that I have always felt like I was at Widget. If you are reading this, Josiah and the Buffalo Road branch of Widget is your best bet for fair loans , mortgages and lines of credit. Widget is my ONLY choice for future financial needs.

4 /5 A.J MIC: This has got to be one of the most beautiful locations I have seen in years inside and out . It is wheelchair Accesible with designated handicapped parking in rear , the front is Accesible also , it has low counter height Accesible places to prepare transactions etc , has comfortable seating areas with TV and fireplace ,coffee( Keurig “K” cup machine and ice cold bottled water for customers with a variety of teller positions and offices on first floor and additional offices up stairs . Has drive thru banking as well as drive thru ATM machine . I have gone here for my G/F banking needs well she’s sick , staff has always been friendly ,personable , courteous and efficient . It’s a joy to go here as far as credit unions and banking in terms of design and atmosphere this place is a definite 10 . As a child 49 years ago my grandmother worked at a bank in Saddle River N.J , this place brings me the same vibe as going to the bank with my grandmother . It hits the old nostalgia button in the brain .

5 /5 Crystal S: Widget Financial on Buffalo Road in Erie should be one of your first appointments if you’re looking for a mortgage lender with a local presence. I purchased my home last year with help from Josiah at this location and had a great experience. Because of the unique circumstances of my situation, he was frequently in a position to offer guidance and experience that helped myself and the seller. He and the rest of the staff at the Buffalo Road location are patient, helpful, and are all genuinely nice people that care about helping with your financial goals, even if you’re a pretend adult like me who doesn’t know what they’re doing most of the time. My mortgage rate is reasonable, their app is easy to use, and the bank is in a convenient location.

5 /5 Paul Brady: I have had great experiences with Gemini and Joe with check issues. Shirley was also helpful in the past with checking my errors and walking me through my mistakes. It is an incredible small town feel that makes you feel safe and comfortable. I LOVE this financial institution and will do all my banking with them due to this feeling
