Deborah Correale Luckily for me I have not needed to use my insurance in a few years. Whenever I have had to talk to the people in the office or had any questions on my insurance they were always helpful and very nice. I liked being able to stop in when they had their Honesdale office and talk to them as well. It is always nice to be able to put a face to a name and a voice on the phone.

Melissa P. I was super stressed having to move around funds. The teller Wendy and the manager Beth went above and beyond to make sure the fund transfer went well. I come in the tellers know me by name and make sure I am doing okay. It reminds me of the family atmosphere of when it was Union Bank. Park Plaza cares about their customers and it shows. I highly recommend using this bank if you want good customer service and caring tellers.

DB Kase Trent helped me develop a financial plan for my mom when she went into assisted living. We had no idea how to handle her money best and Trent spent time with us and my mom and explain our options. Without his help we would have been lost. He is kind, patient and very helpful.
