1 /5 Andy Peterson: Over the last week and a half I have been trying to get a little bit of customer support. I have lost track of how many times I have called, although I’ve left two messages for the agent in charge and two at the front desk, and sent a message to my agent on the website (“we try to answer within 24 to 48 hours” they say) and I’m yet to get any reply from anyone, I am yet to speak to anyone, and all I have is a routine question. Two minutes of anyone’s time and a few keystrokes on their computer could bring me some peace of mind. I am truly dumbfounded.
