1 /5 eVo beats: Came to this branch 3 times, to upgrade my business account, I explained the banker I need to upgrade my business account from dba to llc and the lady keeps sking me what info I need to change, like she dont know what shes doing, next day came back, she was mad rude to me and still no help... so since they not able to help we re closing our business account with Bank of America and going with TDBANK

2 /5 Patrick Cantelmi: They updated this bank, removing all but one teller window at the back. Making this place basically useless to anyone who needs to work with a teller quickly for their business. Why would they make these changes that no one wants or asked for?
