Craig Monasa I came into the McKeesport Branch, for my very first time. The two ladies that greeted me Donna and Morgan showed me great customer service and made me feel very welcomed.

Chris Langas I love WesBanco but I do not care for the women at the New Castle branch. They said they didnt know me and were rude to me and made me sit and wait when I did not have to I have been coming there for a year-and-a-half but yet they said they didnt know me. I will not go in that Branch again ever

Kara Wagner Im very happy with the service i have received, I Asked them to find me a specific car, they did. Im happy with the sales team the Collison team and office staff. Weve been dealing with them for over a year and added another vehicle. Any problems that might have came with the vehicles have been fixed promptly and without hassle. Thank you Ken and team for helping me thru this process as i was a needy customer.

Sherry Johnson Made it extremely difficult for a 95 year old retiree

Jane Hill Sara is extremely unprofessional and has an attitude that makes it impossible to verify the legitimacy of the debt. She refused to send me proof of the bill and hung up after rambling about how it was the co-payment from the medical company. I do not recall receiving statements from the medical company showing that I had a debt, and her hostility makes it impossible to ensure that this is not a scam. She should be ashamed to treat people the way she does.
